Return Policy

Eastern Bikes wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 10 days by email, customerservice@easternbikes.com, or by phone (984) 204-2922 letting us know the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Once we receive this information we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RAN.

Once you have your RAN, carefully ship it to:

Product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your RAN. If you choose to exchange item(s) you must pay shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted for installed items, custom parts, scratch & dent items, special orders, or modified items. All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds and exchanges. Returns will be refunded at the amount paid less the original shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured USPS, Fedex ground, UPS or Standard Service with freight prepaid. It is advisable to ship with a tracking number as we are not responsible for loss or damages that occur during shipping.

DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. It is our goal to process all returns within 48 hours or 2 business days upon receipt.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 
Damages
Driver Distribution / Eastern Bikes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
