E3 WELDING PROCESS allows the weld to penetrate the full thickness of the tube. We’ve borrowed this superior method of welding from race car and motorcycle frame manufacturing where a secure weld is extremely crucial. The industry standard tube finishing only allows for the weld to penetrate the thin edge, not penetrated to the end of the tube. The tube isn’t bonded together so much as stuck together, making a weak weld. This is one of the main problems plaguing the industry and a major reason for frame breakage. We’re constantly experimenting and exploring better manufacturing methods. This has led us to completely revamp our manufacturing, to stress quality and performance. E3 is the next wave of BMX.
