Eastern Bikes wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 10 days by email, customerservice@easternbikes.com, or by phone (984) 204-2922 letting us know the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Mixed feelings

"This bike has a decent starting point for upgrades, I bought two of these bikes, both sets of brakes had failed, both left crank arms would come loose and wouldn’t tighten down without coming loose. I had both derailleurs completely explode. On my first ride I went to take a jump on to a curb, the chain snapped and popped the inner tube. Even with all of these failures I continued to fix all the broken parts with better ones and this bike has become very capable, I really like how this bike uses many entry level standard parts. The only thing this bike needs is a tapered head tube, the size of the fork is almost impossible to find an upgrade for but everything else can be changed out very easily. The dropper post routing is very nice going through the down tube and coming out of the bottom bracket and going back in behind the seat post tube."

"For the price I don't know you will find a better entry level bike. Eastern has been making quality bike frames and parts for years! I used to ride Eastern frames when I was younger and rode street and bmx. Had a small issue that was easily fixed by some maintenance on my end the customer service I received was fantastic! Even sent out replacement parts before the issue was totally figured out and I purchased the bike though another company who was not helpful at all with the issue. Hence going right to Eastern. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for a reasonably priced high quality bike!"

"And I had to reroute the brake housing they were on the wrong side of the bike, also had to bleed the brakes because I couldn't stop due to air in the lines."

"Giving this a 3 stars, received my bike over the weekend, had a few scratches on the frame, I'm okay with that, but I had to change out the shifter and derailer to make it rideable, the chain kept jumping around from gear to gear and no matter how much I tried to adjust it it just wouldn't stay."
