Returns Policy

Eastern Bikes wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 10 days by email, customerservice@easternbikes.com, or by phone (984) 204-2922 letting us know the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Once we receive this information we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RAN.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
