If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 10 days by email, customerservice@easternbikes.com, or by phone (984) 204-2922 letting us know the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Once we receive this information we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RAN.
