Eastern Bikes wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 10 days by email, customerservice@easternbikes.com, or by phone (984) 204-2922 letting us know the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. "These bars are great. I got them for my Element to drop some weight and add more strength. I'll definitely need it for the large drops and giant gaps I love to conquer. One question though... do five year olds put your stickers on? Not a single product of yours that I own had a straight sticker without air bubbles or lifting edges...and that's the absolute least of your quality control issues to bring up. But that'll be for another more important review."
