Eastern Bikes wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 10 days by email, customerservice@easternbikes.com, or by phone (984) 204-2922 letting us know the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Once we receive this information we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RAN.

"Great handling and very good all around geometry that works well for pretty much everything I like to ride. (vert, park, and flatland). I'm 6' tall and he 21.69" tt feels more comfortable than the shorter frames I've ridden in the past. No issues assembling my T.R. into a bike. All components fit well and everything feels really tight and dialed on it. The black finish with lipstick red graphics looks great. I highly recommend the Thick Rhonda frame."
