Spring is Here, and Eastern Bikes is Kicking Off the Season Strong!

Spring has officially sprung, and Eastern Bikes is leading the charge in North Carolina with an action-packed start to the season! With the weather heating up, the BMX scene has never been more fired up. From jaw-dropping tricks to meaningful community outreach, we've seen it all—and it's just the beginning. Here’s a look at everything that’s gone down so far this month.

Luke Padelski, Chris Rayman, Eddie Moore, and Russell Summerville Bring the Heat:

First up, we were stoked to welcome Luke Padelski, Chris Rayman, Eddie Moore, and Russell Summerville to town. These riders wasted no time showing us their skills and setting the tone for what’s sure to be an epic spring.

Luke P came through and blew everyone away with his insane speed and precision on the bike. His whips were on another level, and he tossed in a few next-level tricks for good measure, giving us all something to aspire to this season.

Meanwhile,

Chris Rayman and Eddie Moore rolled in from Baltimore and lit up both the dirt and concrete scenes. The two made difficult tricks look easy, sparking up the park and dirt scene with style and flare. They even made their way out to Bar Trails at Airline Bike Park in Charlotte, where they got a taste of what’s been cooking over the last year— and trust us, it's looking epic! Keep your eyes peeled for a killer jam at the park later next month, and yes—there will be a chance to win an Eastern Trail Digger.

Russell Summerville and the No Hate Tour Make Their Mark:

We were fortunate to have Russell Summerville and the No Hate Tour join the party. Not only did they showcase their BMX prowess, but they also brought their incredibly impactful bullying prevention program to local students at our North Carolina High Schools. The No Hate Tour continues to inspire and uplift while introducing BMX to a whole new generation of riders. The energy they bring is absolutely contagious, and we can’t wait to see them continue spreading their message across the country.

Robbie Taylor Keeps the Scene Growing:

Behind the scenes, Eastern’s Team and Warehouse Manager, Robbie Taylor, has been working tirelessly to keep the local scene thriving. From ensuring the riders are stoked, and bikes are running smoothly, to helping shape the trail work at Airline, Robbie’s dedication to growing the BMX community is truly unmatched. New Trails and Fresh Features for All Riders thanks to Airline Bike Park and BAR Trails:

As part of the ongoing growth of our BMX scene, the trails project, spearheaded by Alex Hoose, continues to expand and evolve. Whether you're an experienced rider or just getting started, the newly updated intermediate, and green lines provide something for everyone. The team is hard at work building, modding, and continuously improving the trails to bring even more joy to riders of all skill levels.

With so much already happening this spring, it’s safe to say the momentum is only going to keep building. From jam sessions, to fresh trail features, the energy is high, and the future is looking bright for the BMX community.
