The BIG news is I have a new filmer I'd like you to meet. His name is Dale, he's 64 years old (no spring chicken) he used to make those old Vietnam movies for The History Channel, until he got fired. The Death of Fun" I know what your thinking, and NO Mangler didnt get canned. How could we every do such a thing? We def still have Mangler vision! Dale is a quick fill in so Mangler can get the real shots of the guys on the team, shhhhh dont tell Dale.
So we filmed a bit at Chenga 2 this past week, killed the lights and busted out the spot lights for some shots, everything was going great until Dale started having flash backs from being in the bush. Yes, he's a VET too and has gnarly stories that include using NALGENE bottles as I.V. blood drips to saves lives. Damn. Doing this great country his tour of duty. Anyway, we got the shot and I was soaked in sweat. Putting in work for Dale and Eastern son!
